Aamir M. Chalisa, MBA, LUTCF, MDRT
Aamir M. Chalisa, General Manager at the Oak Brook, IL branch of Futurity First Insurance Group (FFIG), leads a team of fifty agents, making it a leading branch at Futurity in 2023. Aamir also serves as the International Advisory Council Chair for GAMA Global.
With 33 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, Aamir has a proven track record of fostering diversity in corporate America. Prior to joining Futurity First, he held sales and management positions with Met Life, Prudential and Nationwide. In each role, he developed and managed diverse field forces while expanding business presence in local Chicago Land communities.
Actively engaged in his community, Aamir chairs OPEN Chicago, a Pakistani non-profit Entrepreneurial Business Organization, and holds leadership roles in various other community-based organizations. He also serves as President of the Society of Arts and Culture, an organization dedicated to music and arts.
A frequent speaker at industry conferences on marketing and diversity, Aamir has shared his expertise globally. Notable engagements include speaking at the GNP Manager’s conference in Mexico City, GAMA day in Manila and the NAIFA National convention. He has also spoken at various international conferences, including the GDM/GAMA conference in Pakistan and the BLIS Conference in Beirut. Also, he presented at LAMP USA and inaugural conferences in Singapore and Malaysia for GAMA Global.
Volunteering with GAMA Global, Aamir contributes to expanding its global footprint and training managers worldwide. In his personal practice, he has consistently qualified for The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and earned his first COT Conference qualification in 2023. An accomplished producer in life and annuity sales, Aamir has helped numerous families achieve financial security.
Aamir is also an author, with his book “Leadership Beyond Borders” available on Amazon, where he shares insights on diversity and volunteerism across continents.
Residing in Naperville, IL with his wife, Nuzhat, an Endocrinologist, Aamir is a proud parent to two children: Farah, a lawyer, and Amaan, a medical student. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys traveling and has explored destinations worldwide.
