A fixed annuity is an annuity that is exactly that. We know what the stated rate of return is going to be. It's really about the amount of time that it will be deferred, before income starts. The type of client that should consider a fixed annuity is somebody that's looking for a very stable solution, something that they they know, what that fixed rate of return is going to be. And some people are more conservative in that and that is a a more suitable solution for them.
